I've had my wife in a 2008 Arctic Pearl (with paint already fixed under warranty) with close to 200K. Can't convince her it will last forever (it will) and apparently the Subie Forrester Wilderness is too cool for her to pass up.
No one can say "no rust" but I would say very, very little rust. Here's what I've done: Mild 1.5" lift (Bilstien) and air bag trick. I reupholstered the seats with Lseat leather. Non-wonky Tesla screen w/ wireless carplay/android auto. 460 caliper/rotor upgrade, wheels/tires (Hankook Dynapros with lots of life), rear door assist piston and lots of service records from PO.
Tempted to say "like new" but a handful of very minor door dings and no third row and TPMS light on because I tried to save a penny and swap the original sensors into the new wheels. Worked like a champ for a few months but am convinced the batteries died. I'll call it "very clean".
Mud price: $13500
I'm in central Texas.
In the meantime, I'll be out wheeling my 2009. Cheers!
