Where do you guys recommend on replacing these 3 pieces with?

Wood trim, peel them off and leave it or get a similar kit on Ebay. Console, see if one of the several leather upholstery suppliers here sells just that.

I'm also in the market, and considering this one for my 2000 LC100. not as bad off as yours concerning the plastic trim, but just looking for a nice easy upgrade for mine anyway. I've seen trim kits as low as 120.00 eBay, but I'd put my trust in Amazon first..
Don't care what anyone says, that Burl wood still looks good. love how it looks when the sun hits it.
