I'm getting noise on the Cobra 75 WX ST on channels 12-16. It's bad enough that it overrides squelch on 13 and 14. No change in sound with RPM so it's not spark. It's like a clicking sound, rhythmic. I thought at first it was noise from some wifi device but it persists when driving around. The box is installed on the back of the center console and is powered by a 12v adapter inside the console. The antenna wire is zip-tied to other wiring bundles routing under the center console to a grommet in the firewall where it traverses in a single loop almost completely before connecting to the antenna. It's on a LC100... wondering if I'm not picking up electronics noise? Seems to work fine on other freqs. Any ideas?
