So... What's the verdict on just "J" springs?

Is more than just the CCbushings really needed? I thought I'd be OK with just the bushings.

I'm running 850/863 right now with no correction, but, those are on the way out. I've got two boxes of "J" springs waiting in the garage.

I don't have the number of degrees of change for caster, does quite a bit work? :D Looking at the pictures of correction bushings only, I'd say it is slightly more than double what they would give.... and you get to keep the nice flexy stock bushings. This is as far as one can go w/o turning knuckles or custom radius arms.

The brackets need to be cut off... if you search around you can find a mini owner that has performed a SAS. They'll have this stuff sitting in the scrap heap... place a wanted ad over at pirate4x4.com IFS trucks are also a dime a dozen in salvage yards, so getting these parts torched off would not be much.

Yeah quite a bit works. I believe double what the bushings give is around where the caster should be for J springs.

It depends on which ones you pick. The early 90's truck pieces are about 20 bucks a rattle if memory serves. I'm not in the office today so I can't get an exact number but it is close.
