CarPlay and Android Auto installation into Toyota Land Cruiser 2004-2007 GROM VLine

I’m interested in ordering the VLine for my 2005 LC100 but wanted to clear something up before trying any of your products.
The vehicle is new to me. The CD changer in the console doesn’t work or seems to be disconnected as I get the message pictured every time I press the CD button.
Since your units connect through that port, with this inhibit the ability to use your product?
