Carbondale, IL area FZJ80 for sale, need help

Can anyone in the Carbondale, IL area check out an 80 my brother-in-law is looking to buy?

We are going to be heading out there this weekend to check it out, and buy it (maybe) but we want someone to look it over for us first.
