I've been trying to get my engine running right and found that my carb accelerator pump/plunger was sticking (Aisin Carb). When I removed it, I found the rubber collar on the plunger was flipped up. I performed some suggested cleaning, but that hasn't fixed the issue.

The rubber collar seems to extend slightly beyond the metal rings (washer-like pieces) of the plunger.

Where's the best place I can buy a replacement? Part numbers? What else is this part called?

Thanks in Advance

Update: Found the part on Napa's site: $6.49

I bought mine from Carquest for an Aisin on a 2F. Had to buy the whole kit. It was less than $20.

1. That is kind of a weird problem. Is there corrosion in the chamber the plunger moves in? If so, there's really no point in replacing the pump until the corrosion is COMPLETELY dealt with.

2. If the Napa pump works out, post up the part number; others might find it useful. Carefully measure it for both length and diameter. Not all pumps are created equal.;)

Best
