car won't start

I had a battery I tried to jump start with a portable charger, heard a sizzle. Car now won't start, horn works and the front lights work. nothing else does. has an aftermarket alarm doesn't work either.
can anyone give an insight to what it may be? I checked all visible fuse, intact. perhaps a relay or ECU?
Hope someone can shed some power.

i hate that car. I am going to give her one of my trucks.

because trucks are way better.

Clean and tighten the battery cables on your car.
