Hey everyone, Come out and join Capital Land Cruiser Club for our Fall Crawl 2026, a weekend full of great people, amazing wheeling and camping!

Fall Crawl at The Cove Campground will be here before you know it. We expect registration to go live on August 18 at 7:00 p.m.

We are back at The Cove Campground again this year. For those of you who are not familiar with it, The Cove Campground has an extensive network of trails from stock vehicle friendly to extremely difficult—all of which are accessible directly from our large campsite. The campsite can easily accommodate our registration limit of 120 drivers and their families and friends.

How to Register: The registration will be on our website (which is currently undergoing some updates) but will be ready soon.

Event Fee: $60 event fee (includes driver registration, event t-shirt, raffle ticket, and dinner provide by the club Saturday evening.
*Please note, our event fee DOES NOT include your camping and land use/wheeling fees, those get paid to The Cove Campground upon arrival (no reservation required) and are listed below.

The Cove Campground pricing for Fall Crawl 2026:
Registration fee (land use and camping)—Friday 10/23 to Sunday 10/25 @ 12 p.m. is $130.00 (per person). What this means is no matter what time you show up between Friday through Sunday, you will pay the $130.00 event fee (per person) that includes camping/wheeling fees for the entire event. Sunday is a pack up/clean-up day and the event ends 12 p.m.

• If you want to show up earlier than Friday that is fine, you just have to pay $65.00 for each additional day (camping/land use fees).
• If you arrive Wednesday: It would be $65 for Wednesday, $65 for Thursday, and then the $130.00 weekend event fee. Totaling $260.00.
• If you arrive on Thursday: It would be $65 for Thursday, and the $130.00 weekend event fee. Totaling $195.00.

Firewood? The cove is perfectly fine with you bringing your own firewood. The only request is either burn it all while you're there or take what you do not burn home. No firewood may be left at the campground.

CLCC will have a sign posted at The Cove Campground check-in center (at the front gate) with the pricing as discussed to also eliminate any confusion. Please let me know if you have any questions.

We are testing a new website, a new payment method, and a new registration portal. Please be patient and wait until we give the signal to register. There are plenty of spots open for this year.

We are still testing and fixing things. We want this to be a smooth process for everyone and we are still aiming at opening it 7 pm TONIGHT!

I want to thank everyone that has already registered, it went live last night at 7 and we already have 85 of the 120 spots filled!

We are experiencing some technical difficulties with the registration form this morning and are actively trying to resolve them.

Sorry to hear folks are having issues! I checked the system and everything seems to be in order. I want to apologize to everyone, I know how annoying it is to have to re-fill out the whole form every time it doesn't work - I'm very sorry.

I also checked the forms data and got some interesting information to share if you have issues:

1. Make sure you check this box: "I am ok with submitting my PII in accordance with the GDPR. *" Its right above the PayPal payment. This seems to be biggest issue with 20% of errors.
2. Make sure you have submitted all your required* information on the form - "emergency contact" and "what difficulty level of wheeling" seem to be causing issues for people with 16% of errors. These are all marked with an "*" asterisk.
3. Payment: Apple Pay and Google Pay aren't working. Your best bet is directly through your PayPal account, or using the PayPal portal to enter your own Debit or Credit Card information (no need to establish a PayPal account if you don't have one).
4. PayPal says it has 0 errors (they lie!)

It's also a good reminder for folks to clear their internet data. This can also help with new websites and payment portals.
