Can’t remove rear disc

Hey everyone,
I’m trying to remove the rear disk but have come into trouble!
Some of the emergency brake components have let loose and it seems that something is preventing me from removing the disc. It will come out partially when I insert the two bolts, but something is holding it up.
You could see the pin that I found hanging out the back of the brake and I took a picture inside behind the desk and you could see two springs.
I’ve tried several times and I don’t know what to do next.
I’ve looked inside my new disk and there’s nothing in there that I see that would get caught up and prevent an entire disc from coming out.
Is there anything in behind on the parking brake that I could take off that would maybe help me?

And you suggestions would be appreciated

Did you adjust the star key ( back it off ) the old drum can have a grove in it that the shoes can get caught on.

1. Remove the parking cable from the bell crank
2. Screw the stopper bolt all the way in.
3. Use a screwdriver, through the hole in the face of the rotor and wind the adjuster all the way in. The hole needs to be at 6 o'clock.

It can help someone in the future, they can just do a search instead of starting and new post on something that already been covered.

Sure,
Basically I had used the two bolts to separate the rotor a few times and would then hit the rotor back in.
During this time I had pulled the “cup” which secured the straight pin holding the emergency brake pads off and the spring had fallen causing the brake pad to not be straight.
After a few times of doing this I was finally able to get it off with a good pull.

Fortunately my Lexus dealer had the damaged cup in stock.
I was able to put the spring and cups back on without having to remove anything else.

From experience the search function on IH8MUD isn’t as good as google for what ever reason I’ve tried to search things on here with decent luck but if you’re far more vague on the googz it finds posts on MUD far more effectively for what ever reason.

Yes this true Google is far better and what I use. The search function is almost useless on mud
