That is pretty rough... But really the important parts are the inner axle seal area, the knuckle bearings, and the outside of the ball where the knuckle seals to.... I'd say it would probably be fine once cleaned up, but if you have any doubt call Bobby.

As long as the bearing races r OK and the seals will sit tight in the housing the rest doesn't really matter how beat up it looks.
