Camshaft ? 3fe fj80 180 % out ?

I’m rebuilt my 3fe engine according to the
3f-E Toyota repair manual .
My timing mark on cam and crank line up , I’ve got TDC on cylinder 6 /compression .

Now when I go to install my distributor It will be when cylinder#1 is at TDC and marks on flywheel are at TDC but marks on cam and crankshaft are 180% degrees off .

Is this correct?

If you're following the FSM for the rebuild, why wouldn't you follow the FSM for distributor installation?
Clearly explained on page IG-10.
