This is going to be a thread of my Tacoma build. Retrospectively, going back to parting out to my last truck, a tundra, and then the day I got my Tacoma used, it was a equal trade, I am a bit regretting selling the tundra in a hindsight. But I love the nimbleness of the little Tacoma and have gotten used to its size.
In February 2024,
Pulled the trigger with an even trade from 2020 Tundra with 44k miles to 2021 Tacoma with 27k miles.
I love both of them and would have kept the Tundra if it wasn't for my recent back problems.
Here is the picture of my Tundra on the day of being traded in.
(Tundra was on 37s, 2 inch lifted front and 4 inch lifted rear for additional weight, Harrop E-locker in the rear axle and a bumper with winch)
As of June, 2024
Preparing the video shoot with my friend Kai at his garage, taking some suspension travel measurements and putting on some skid plates etc.
July 2024
Friend of mine secured a set of used 6-lugs Rock warriors for me, I had to jump on them even though I already purchased the baja tx wheels (16inch) for my Tacoma.
