Looking for working trd ecu piggyback for 2003 Sequoia supercharger. If you have a non TRD ecu option that has worked please let me know, I greatly appreciate this forums experienced members input.
Thanks.

Apparently piggybacks like the original TRD ones, Unichip, etc are becoming obsolete. There are guys out there now who can re-pin the original ECU to accommodate the TRD supercharger. Running this setup doesn't require the 9th (or 10th) injector. I've never had it done but the tuner who came highly recommended to me is Brandon Elzner who owns Quantum Tuning. I have a s/c that I'm on the fence about installing on my GX and have traded a few messages with him. It seems like a great way to go.

Thanks for responding. I have a pending ecu from Brandon, I met him on June 7th, he inspected my truck and and said no problem and offered to modify an ecu he had in stock, I agreed and left a deposit. I'm still waiting for him to let me know it's ready. In the meantime maybe someone with a trd piggyback or a working, proven solution will see this.
By the way, my truck was inspected by two Toyota dealers, it originally would not start. It was determined that the TRD piggyback was not functioning causing the no start. With piggyback removed, it starts no problem.

I think my dad's land cruiser is having the same problem. Often won't start but starts and runs great once his mechanic unplugged the s/c. Interested to see what works for you guys.

Did you find a solution? I'm hoping an actual user to help, got some suggestions but not actual users with experience.
