I would like to get some pigs together at the calico clean up on 2/17-2/18. It looks like it's going to be a cool trip
with free stuff :D check it out in the runs and events.

so far there are two pigs going I never wheeled with any
other 55's be for :frown: and a pig pen would be sweet!

I'll give a new tow strap to the person who can tell me the name of the dog in my avatar

Calicokid, Ya' goona have that landcruiser thingy running? I know where I can find a shiny f135 to replace that fancy 2F of yours, but I have faith in you to get that porcine princess rolling again. New 2F/H41, you'll be a happy man.

Good thing the desert is so warm on those February nights.

I encourage all to come, the calico mountains are a really nice area. It's just littered with trash, tires, couches, and speed labs, that all.

Dorsey, the mail dog

:D

we have a winner!

Dorsey was a black and white dog that appeared to be mostly German Shepperd or sheep dog. He showed up one cold winter day in 1885 at the doorstep of Mr.Stacey, brother of the postmaster of east calico, know as Bismarck. he was full grown and appeared smart so they decided to try and train him to carry notes on his collar between Bismarck and calico. This was highly successful so it was decided to make two mail pouches like miniature saddlebags and train Dorsey to carry the mail between calico and Bismarck, approximately three miles. this was also successful and Dorsey's Carrier was launched as a mail carrying dog.

by golly, donate that there goody to our raffle would you?

off topic, but you guys don't mind. John, how'd ya' get that thing going? Mill the head or did all of a sudden it just decide to cooperate?

Oink, I love cruiser gatherings that do not involve me driving my pig for 500 miles to the trailhead. I love camping and the outdoors, but calico should be about, 20 degrees in the early morning hours then.

just got back from a meeting, this event is going to be cool
lots of free food and a sweet raffle. we are making up some
really cool stuff and there are a lot of grate trails. it seems theres
going to at least 200 people there :D

Why is this a sticky?....am I missing something?

OK...I see now !...what a great project, wish I could lend a hand, but the drive is a little long....and here I was thinking you guys were getting together to do some cleaning or work on your pigs!....I am such a dumb ass!!!  :o
