Is the lever on that 9.0 winch hard as hell to turn? Mine is, but I don't know if they're all really tough initially and they break in, or if mine may have been damaged in shipping..

first time i tried to turn it it would only turn half a turn now it goes full turn and is really easy

missing the long side shaft, jacks making us one as we speak

Matt...so from what I gather in order to sum it all up for those just checking in (correct me if I"m wrong), these guys sent the wrong Tranny and you guys tried using it and it F'd a whole bunch of internals up. Just skimmed the novel on Pirate.
