I searched but I could not find the pic I saw of the rear cone shaped rubbers but found these, same thing, they are from Costa Rica, and I believe they were a requirement there. They are the same front and rear, just the rear pic isn't as good...hard to tell from straight on. These look even more like boobs

Ha ! That's my truck! Thank you for posting.
I don't know if those boobies were a requirement here in Costa Rica. We don't have much requirements here. We're some 10 years behind compared to the USA, Canada and Europe. They are not in the EPC for any market so they are not stock or OEM. My guess is that it was a dealer option. What I do know is that you'll see those boobies (in several shapes) in countries like Nicaragua, Costa rica, Panama here in Central America. I'll post a pic of different shape boobies on my spare chrome bumper tomorrow.
