Bumper Check - LX

I'm in the market for a 200 series and ran across this rig. Dealer says it's a Slee rear, but it looks off.

Does anyone know who made this bumper and why it is installed the way it is?

The bumper goes over the body panel, it's angled and there's quite a gap between bumper and body.

Rlc bumper. Long thread on it here. I have one, it’s fine.

It is missing a trim piece under the tailgate which you could get from the fab. The gaps at the corners will require some bulb trim which is around $4 foot.

Still for sale. I think it’s almost been in the market for a year now! Former member’s truck, he traded it in on a Super Duty. Ford dealer eventually auctioned it.

Does it have a snorkel? If so, that truck was for sale forever at a Ford dealer down south. Seemed suspect IIRC.

Modified trucks don’t resell well is likely the primary reason.

It was $35 or $36 at Ford dealer.

The current seller seems content to sit on it. No one will have a reason why it hasn’t sold other than it’s a Lexus with a hole in the fender. Resale will be impossible. And current crack price.
