Mine is done, as are the custom sliders Mike made for me. It's all still at his shop because I'm waiting for a local pickup opportunity. Do not doubt that I will post up many pics when I get it all.

More To come....I picked up my front and rear bumpers today. Lots of work coming this weekend.

I'm really happy with the rear bumper and how it looks. I had Mike make a custom carrier for my cooler radio and it fits well.

I drilled into the bumper to mount my rear camera also which also works great.

What did everybody do for the Hi-Lift mount? It's pretty hard to get tightened down so it doesn't slip down and hit the tire carrier. I drilled another hole and mounted the hi-lift to the base of the bumper.

The thumb bolt for the hi lift needs to be really cranked down to hold it in place. I drilled and tapped a hole for a properly sized bolt to stay permanently mounted in the hi-lift foot mount. This helps hold the hi-lift in place, and if I was in a situation where I needed to access the hi lift multiple times in a day I'd feel comfortable just hand-tightening the main thumb bolt as this secondly bolt would help register the hilift and keep it in place.

Pics of the spring pin? That's the same place where I drilled a hole and just put a nut and bolt. Drilling and tapping is more elegant, spring pin might be easier to remove although I've had this hi-lift for 4 years and have only used it once.

I never found the need for a nut. As you can see in the last pic the bolt sits high enough that it essentially locks the foot of the hi-lift in place. That and a thumb tightened main retainer have worked out just fine. You could certainly add a wing nut to the bolt at the foot plate if you're a belt and suspenders type of guy...

@Newps

The Front is a newer different design that Mike has been working on. When we set up the Rear bumper group buy I inquired about doing a front bumper as well. I visited Mikes shop, he showed me several bumpers. He had one for a customer for an LX, similar to this set up. I fell in love with it. The OG design that he has been doing seemed to blocky/square/flat for my liking. the bumper wings are set back a few inches, breaking up the front to 3 distinct segments. I had him add the rounded bars, following the LC lines of the grill/headlight assy. The stock design was opposite, flaring out vs. in, that looked funny to my eye. I added the recessed square light holes as well as a cover for the winch box, some holes for air flow on the bottom also breaks of the flat look of it. Same specs as the OG bumper as far as metal thicknesses set.

I pretty much replicated your rear bumper per our PM.

I will take better pix this weekend when I install them on the truck. Tons of work to do: Bumpers, winch, lights, I better stock up on beer.

I understand now, and only assumed that you put a nut on top. Since I didn't thread my hi-lift mount on the rear bumper, I had to use a nut or else it would move around still. I think I'll leave it as is unless it bothers me.

Basically a pin exactly like the one connecting the base of the jack to the rail of the jack, in the same photo. Just drilled the same hole as above, but used a removable pin instead of the threaded in bolt.
I was mostly worried about the jack rattling and bouncing out of the bottom plate. I figured the pin would make that impossible. I admittedly haven't seen the BIOR mount up close (hopefully soon), but it looks to be the same as Slee's.

Pics work fine on my end. Are you viewing on a computer or portable device?

dubitup, I like your setup. That front bumper looks extremely strong. What winch will you fit in there?

I did the same setup on the rear bumper as you except I did not get the fuel holder you did. Nice rig there.

@Hayes , linked from BOX, perhaps its blocked.

@VidereStudios I went with a Superwinch TR9500SR, fits very well. I'm making the wires and trying to figure out placement of the solenoid box in the engine bay this week. Then I can finally wind the rope onto the spool. The front is very very stout for sure. I absolutely love the way it turned out. The rear Rotopax holder turned out great, very modular and useful.

Looks really good! Would like to see a few more angles of that front bumper. I was never a fan of the standard BIOR front bumper but that one looks much nicer.

What are you towing that you weren't comfortable using the BIOR rear hitch? I know they aren't officially rated for towing.
