nope.. I had that made for some tools..
I'm planning to remove that winch/bumper.. I was planning to sell it to the local junk yard or something like that.. I would tell you to make an offer but I know shipping to the US would probably be outrageous!

Tuesday is no good.. send me your platinum amex on Thursday and I'll be happy to buy it for you on Saturday along with a mega cruiser for myself![]()

ARB does not recommend fitting heavy equipment to the front of vehicles fitted with Variable Ride Height Suspensions (VRHS) such as Active Height Control (AHC) systems. The additional weight will confuse the computer and override the system. If this customer wanted to use a winch with their vehicle, the only method that I could suggest is to use a portable hand winch using the factory recovery points.
In reference to Old Man Emu torsion bars, whilst these do increase spring rate on vehicles fitted with standard suspension, ARB are unable to comment on whether out torsion bars will resolve this problem with AHC fitted vehicles.

I'm not really convinced with ARB's reply.. the dealer here offered to give me my money back since I have already purchased the Bull bar but did not install it yet.. there must be a way to adjust the height control system or computer to cope with the added weight.. I have talked to Toyota's dealer here and they said it is not possible to adjust the computer of the height control system but they will look into it..
could anybody elaborate on this?

siglo said:After a lot of discussions with ARB dealer.. Emails between him and ARB Australia.. who in turn contacted ARB USA.. they don't recommend installing their Deluxe bull bar + winch on ASC equipped LCs..
however.. I'm going to install it anyway..
I'm going for the lighter 9500lb winch though which weighs around 36kg (80lb) instead of the heavier 12000lb @ about 62kg (136lb)
the bull bar is another 77kg (170lb) bringing the total to about 113KG (250lb).. I'm not planning to install ARB torsion bars or anything else.. everything else is stock..
should I go ahead with the setup?
