accidentally ordered these in black and gold when we normally only use silver zinc. These have proper 12mm head, captured washer and are made in Japan by OEM level bolt manufacturer.
$1.25 per bolt. Have 180 of the black zinc 25mm and 130 of the gold zinc 40mm
or $200 for everything

I still have a pile of M8 JIS 35mm and 40mm bolts to work through...
