Built me a UDS smoker for tailgating; anybody use one of these?

No idea where they originated, I've just seen them around the internet. I just got the basic idea and went with it. I'll find out tomorrow if it works as well as people say!

I have one and they work great!!
You need to put a thermometer at grate level, secret is to stabilize temp on the way up.
