A guy at work is selling this. Curious as to what you guys think about the set up, pros/cons etc. If anyone is interested I can get you the contact info.



87 Toyota 4runner lifed with 350 and fulwidth axles

This 4 runner needs some finishing. Its body is really straight one dent in the front left fender.
Front axle dana 44 empty housing do have cromoly dutchmen axle shafts they are new and cost and new dutchmen ujoints that alone cost 1200. new gear install kit and carrier and a used set of 5.38 gear.
Rear axle is a ford 9" complete needs gearing to match the front axle and its also converted to 6 lug to match the chevy 44
front suspension is extended yj front springs by poison spider customs
rear suspension is extended all pro off-road leaf springs
Engine is a chevy 350
tranny is a turbo 350
transfer case is a np 205 rebuild never driven since
There is a list of this that come with the 4runner if your interested. I am wanting 3,250 for it all i have well of 6500 in it..
 
Hard to say without looking at it. Does it have drive shafts that will work? Sounds like it's going to be some money to finish it up. No wheels and tires listed? Is it a pile-O-parts or is it something that just needs to be finished up? Fuel injected 350 or carb? With the Turbo 350 tranny I'm assuming carb.

My opinion is that I would rather start a project from scratch than jump into the middle of someone else’s stuff.
