that little one on the last page i believe could go to the windshield washer fluid motor or the horn relay or something but its hard to say without knowing where these plugs are located on the harness..

I have finished the wiring harness , time will tell if i did a good job.... will post progress pictures soon

Looking at the fj's Clutch master cylinder. if i rebuild it will it be suitable to actuate the bj42's slave? is there a difference between the fj40's mc and the BJ42's?

two new Factory Toyota fenders ordered in , and received next day. great parts service from my local dealer. sales on the other hand

after ups shipping and brokerage fees on Cruisercorps fenders, these Toyota fenders came out cheaper. (no fault on cruisercorps)

it could be that they are not available to the usa market anymore. i called my local dealer and they were in the Toronto warehouse and i had them the next day.

lift kit showed up today. kit looks good, except the springs look like they were dip painted. Kit is made by rough country , cheap and cheap to ship because i found a dealer in Canada. Hell Creek quoted close to 250$ just to ship plus duties (not cheap). this is meant to be a thrifty build. not a show/ heavy off road build.

bent up some 16g sheet metal at a buddies shop for the rear / intermediate floor. going to tack it all together and hang the hardtop sides and rails and doors. Ill check all the openings and door gaps and then weld it all up solid.

Im basically building the rear half of the body from scratch . the previous owner cut and slashed so much away i couldn't measure or braise the body before work.

Looks like your flying through it. It doesn't look like you've painted your calipers yet. I bolted mine up and rolled the truck outside to put the body back on when it was raining and they began rusting almost immediately. It might be worth painting them before you have the lines attached and bled. Just my experience and suggestion.

by NO mean am i flying threw it but the pace has picked up . iv owned it for just over a year now. i think i will shoot them with a bit of paint, im waiting on new pads to come in. Napa said they were loaded but all they came with was hardware?

Thats a full blown ground up project. Looks good though. Your a patient man thats for sure
