Bug Catcher Window Parts?

Anyone know where I could get parts for the bug catcher windows. I need everything but the window and frame for drivers side. I have to have the little knob. The rest I could probably come up with. Would be willing to buy a whole door if need be.

might be easier to swap the upper part of the door to the non bug catcher style, someone was suppose to be making gaskets but not sure if it ever happened

I might have what you need, gaskets would probably need replacing, but I think I have all the hard items.
