M4 x .75 by 8mm for the 3 small screws with an internal star lock washers.

Are you positive on the .75 thread pitch ? Seems M4 x .70 is readily available , but where do you find M4 x .75 ?
I think the .75 is the JIS thread pitch. I chased the thread with my .75 die to be sure. The .70 die only went about two threads before stopping. Bear has a nice writeup explaining it. Size of dome light screws
