I tore the exhaust off the 80 last night, cracked the pipe behind the second cat last visit to Sicily and its been getting hoopty loud. Still had some of that creek sand all over under there  I'm in need of an exhaust man to rework the exhaust for me the issue is I'm tossing the cats out and will only have a 2 1/4 magnaflow muffler inline. Will take some custom bends to get it over the rear axle and turn down inside the frame. I'm keeping one O2 up front for the TPS/MAF sensors. If you have anyone in mind please let me know I'm ready to make the call. Just picked up the muffler and I believe I still have one O2 bung in the shop at the house and should have what I need to get started :)

I used Custom Muffler off the Thurway on the south bound side, a light blue building. They said nothing about not having a cat when they did the 4runner after the 3.4 swap.

Paul told me the same :) thanks John, will try them first since he's closer and if not will try the guy in Breaux Bridge

Does anyone have any word on what morgan city/paterson is looking like for flooding? Apache has transfered all flights to ICY and I am getting more worried about my truck.

conciderate of the bastards to get concerned about posible flooding after crewchange...

your parked at the airport? send me pm I'm close enough to go look around.

yes, I am parked at the perry flying center. My marroon dually is parked right by the fence at the entrance to the gravel parking lot.

Not a whole lot that can be done about it. only key I have for the truck is in my bag out here.... unless you know how to hotwire a truck. I dont even know if the water is actually coming up in that area or not. Just alot of parinoia.

Well, it is hard because they just have the name of the town on the map, but no actuall point, like is it at the start or the end of the town name.

getting google maps lined up as best as I can with this and swapping back and forht it looks like they are predicting patterson will be safe.

I also want to apologise for putting this in the meeting thread, I originally thought I was in the chit chat. too many tabs open.

Well All I guess I can do is cross me fingers and be glad I got rid of the dodge, and bought a semi POS at a good time right?

This is for josh....... . I can tell you that the airport is safe unless the leeves behind it break, and in that area its highly unlikely!

No worries bud I got you covered ;), hope all goes well with your truck. I know Matt and Tina are concerned as well. Will help where I can as well

ok i maybe go ride by on Monday afternoon, but if you come in Wednesday you defiantly don't have anything to worry about. If anything was to happen in that area it would be 5-8 days after they open the Morganza spillway, which will happen Monday at the earliest(cause they have to get equipment staged to open it).

Is you Scout group going to make the campout? We're headed to Houston this afternoon for NASA trip. Far away from flooding.

Matt and Tina, staying put in Henderson or moving out?

We decided to cancel ours to Audubon State Park considering everything going on around St Francisville, I heard the NASA trip was a great time hope we'll do that next year. Safe travels and hope you all have a great time bud.

Just spoke to Matt he's in town getting a storage site and will need some help this weekend and next moving some things. Paul being the good man he is will let him keep some of the vehicles at his place and his other stuff will go in the storage. He's making plans in case they have to get out. Seems family and friends are running to camps in several areas to grab boats and valuables for the same.
