Just got done putting window 7 on my computer, me like!! No more Mcafee went with Kaspersky anti-virus 2010, i hope i did good.

Larry & Marry i hope you all had a good B-day by the way i was watching Oprah:eek:today and its her b-day, who every b-day is on this day can get one night free at the HIlton for two:cheers:

Same here. I got the IMac 27 as a Christmas gift from the wife. This is the first mac I have ever had but I am really loving it!! No more crashing or anti-virus or ..... I even got the VLM Fusion with Windows XP so that when I need to run Windows only software, I am good to go. :clap:

Thanks Mike I missed out on the Hilton deal not that there was one in Biloxi. I put 7 on about two weeks ago and really like it for what I do. They really took care of all the small things Vista didn't and it works great connecting all of the tech savy devices we come to use daily I used it to create a work group and now have the PS3, Iphone, Satelite receiver and Tv all tied together sharing and streaming music and video where ever we want it. No bugs to report yet. You must have a good broadband connection to keep it updated and happy though :)
 
So the guy I normally use couldn't come with his D4 Cat so I had to hire the only other guy around. His equipment is junk. Check out this winch that broke while we were pulling a tree up the mountain. Thank god no one was hurt.

This was not on the first attempt with the winch. We had already used it for 2 days and also this was not the largest tree. It seems that it was the angle of the tug. I wouldn't know the exact angle when it broke because I am always out of cable range and hiding behind a large tree.:D These guys are crazy.:hillbilly:

This is a pic of the bulldozer's diesel and supply hauling truck. It is a 76' BJ40. The leafspring is shifted 5 inches over to the drivers wheel, shock busted, etc.......... This is the only corner I looked at. I was too scared to look anywhere else. These guys are driving this thing in some very dangerous spots too. It is not like they are just driving down the road. I have checked their insurance policies before hand and I am just going to be glad when this is over, which is tomorrow. The reason I am on MUD so much right now is because I am waiting for them to fix a broken hydraulic line from the dozer.:bang:

Yep i had a cable break two times when i was in the oil field, it hit my big head first time second one hit me in the leg and the engineer,it only hurt for min... or two...
 
Saw this crewcab F750 expedition rig well equipped with ARB, winch, ramps, and dual spares crossng Pinhook on Verot Friday. It was over cast so I didn't get any great pics with the phone but it was an awesome setup. Can't seem to find it on the web :meh:

Saw that same vehicle this weekend. I could not make out the plates on it to see what state it came from. Pretty sure it cost as much as my house.

Any of you boys or girls from the Laff area coming to BR, NO, Mandeville, Covington, Slidell or any area near any time soon? I am in need of a tire for a spare and a guy on LA4X4 has one he is willing to part with and I am looking for anyone who can transport it my way. So, let me know if you can help me out. :beer:

Seriously though. Anyone who might be concerned, they put a new webfilter on at work so I will be compleatly out of pocket while I am gone from now on. If anyone needs to contact me (like that would happen) it might be best to do it by email, or send me a PM with your email so I can get back to you when I get notification in my email.
