They give me Grey hair! I have had grey hair since I was 17. Not going bald anytime soon though.
Like I said in the past, it sure hurts the New Orleans economy by not having the game at home and we were charged a home game for that game. If someone has an answer, please enlighten me.

Got to hunt a few days, we trapped a wild hog and a buddy shot one so not a bad trip.

Some folks complain of the taste of wild pig but never really found it to be that bad.

We packaged the roast and tenderloins. The ribs are going on the pit tomorrow night. The next hog hopefully as a deer to mix with it to make some sausage.
all depends on the kill & how it is prepared hot meat ain`t worth the time to fix a botched kill that is why most people don`t like game meat it`s gamey hormones ya know!!
