As discussed at the meeting yesterday with the way the crawfish is running small and expensive we're gonna switch gears and do a fish fry with jalapeno hush puppies from Guidry's Catfish in Breaux Bridge. Many of you sampled some of this product we did them at one of the SCC events and also at Paul Kegley 's once or twice and its some good eating. Tina Credeur and Matt are helping us with that and we sure appreciate it. Of course we'll have hot dogs for the kids and non fish eaters. I forgot to mention it yesterday but if each family can pitch in one dessert, appetizer or side we'll have plenty to keep everyone happy and it always works out.
