1970 FJ40 I thought I would have this longer but it's been about 4 years or so and the family no longer wants to ride in "Cookie Monster"
Chevy 350 V-8- less than 12,000 miles on the GM Crate Motor.
Custom 4 row radiator.
Mechanical fan and supplemental electric fan on radiator.
GM HEI Ignition.
Edelbrock Intake.
Carter 4 Barrel Off Road Carburetor.
Headers (right bank has a leak at collector).
Transmission and Power Steering cooler with electric fan.
Turbo 350 Automatic Transmission.
33" bfg KM2 tires on FJ cruiser wheels with 400 miles including spare (set of 5).
Loc-Right Lockers in Front and Rear Differentials (rear locker is on it's way out...slips occasionally under hard throttle. These retail for $400 bucks).
New Rear Driveline. Front Disk Brake Conversion to 1979-1985 Toyota Pick Up outer axles,

Con Ferr spare tire mount for 5 Gallon "jerry" Gas can. Transfer case was re-built by Marlin Crawler and has under 10,000 miles.
Low gear works but must be engaged under vehicle.
Prior owner lost the linkage for it. I have not needed to test it after I received the truck. The low end grunt of this engine on a 3 speed with the reworked transfer case is all you will need. Prior owner had this for 23 years and I have a MASSIVE folder with receipts for his ownership.
Cookie will drop a spot of oil once a month from the oil pan gasket and one spot of trans fluid due to a rock hit. I have a replacement trans pan to remedy the trans drip.
I also have a TON of spare parts that will go with the rig. Happy to take pics of it all for you.
