Broken side mirror

My right side mirror is cracked after parking on the sidewalk. Only the crystal of the mirror is damaged. I already ordered a mirror crystal replacement on amazon. When I popped of the mirror, there's 3 different wires. 2 wires seemed like they're hard wired. What are they for?

i have no idea. i disconnected my auto sensing wipers because the pad never adhered right and i expected some error codes but never got any.
