Broken front panhard bracket issue?

Has anyone ever had a broken front panhard bracket? I have a lot a play up front, and found that my front panhard bar has excessive play in it. Looks to be that there is a nut welded to the backside of the bracket to receive the bolt...and that is now cracked free of the bracket. Has anyone fixed this before? What did you do? Couldn't find any instances of this through the search feature.
