Any ideas on tranny breathers like the diff breathers to run a breather up to the engine compartment but for the transmission?

I would have to think that if you're in water above the shifters, you've got bigger problems than a little bit getting into the transmission.

That's the way I see it as well. I have extended breathers on my axle and I figure that if water gets into my T-case, tranny or diff's then I'll have a bigger mess to figure out then flushing some fluid

I'm having stuff rebuilt so an thinking dust as well as water and keeping things as clean as possible

Dust won't get in. It's pretty sealed. As for water; are you running a snorkel or planning on it? If not you'll be screwed before it goes into the tranny because of where the air box is. And even with a snorkel by the time you submerge the tranny I hope your doors are sealed and you’ve moved your ECU
