brand new fairy over drive for sale

I have a new fairy overdrive just installed last summer
got it from a guy in maine brand new in the box its on a 78 fj40 drivetrane with about 120,000 on it $1000.00 will trade for a nice frame

Who makes the fairy od. How much over is it. How does it shift into over?

Confusing title. How does 120k =new? Just asking.

trans and tcase have 120,000 on them fairy is brand new it is a 27% overdrive it has it's own shifter in/out, works great cuts transmission noise to almost nothing don't want to part with it but need to fund the new conversion.
