Brakes issue - GX470

Something is driving me nuts regarding the brakes on my 2007 Lexus GX470...I have changed almost everything and still having issues when breaking...it almost feels like the rear rotors are warped...that feelling...but then again...they were just replaced, as well as the pads...
Any idea what could give that sensation?

Jack all 4 wheel and put it in gear. See if the rear wheel are wobbly. If it does, probably your rear axle is benr. A light Collison on the rear axle been known to cause it to bent.

Just to make sure, GX460 rotors weren't put on the rear, right?

@M3GX I had all kind of rotors purchased from Lexus, specifically for GX470...then I replaced them with Brembo rotors, only to observe same behaviour...
First time I had towed something heavy so I thought ok...maybe that was the culprit and maybe the rotors got warped somehow...
@Jstawgn I will give that a try as well.
