brake calipers

Something is driving me nuts regarding the brakes on my 2007 Lexus GX470...I have changed almost everything and still having issues when breaking...it almost feels like the rear rotors are warped...that feelling...but then again...they were just replaced, as well as the pads... Any idea what...
