I went to toyota to get a battery for my sons Tacoma, scheduled a 10000 mile oil change for the 250, made sure they had the parts.
TSB complete. Brakes no longer squeak.

Our '25 GX550 OT does it in reverse, but only when backing down the driveway. I'll have them handle it when it goes in for its first service.

Be warned, my dealer told me parts are on back-order for months on the GX/LX.

I just had mine done last Friday. Time will till if it works.

Had the work done at the dealership yesterday. So far, no more squeal.

Told my dealer in August about it. September oil change, said parts were ordered. October oil change, said still waiting. Asked for an update in December, they said they had actually never ordered them. Had to go back in, have them document the issue, THEN they ordered them. Still waiting for the parts to arrive. Might be time for a new dealer.

We are still a few thousand miles out from our first service, I plan to bring it to their attention at that time. Hopefully, supply has caught up a bit by then.

I had the exact same issue with my 2025 Tundra. My dealer handled them both (LC and Tundra) on the same day.
