So, new pads front and back, rotors and drums are decent and the master cylinder looks like a new part.
Symptoms are the brake pedal is normal on first push but only brakes about 40% of what it should, on second and third pump it stiffens up alot but is still only maybe 40% of the braking.
Does this sound like a brake booster or vacume issue?
How can i check my vacume pressure? what should it be at?
