Hello All-
Looking at the photo below of a master cylinder reservoir I have in hand and the two photos of the master cylinder assembly with its reservoir that is currently installed on my FJ60, why are the reservoirs different sizes? Additionally, can the reservoir I have that is not currently on my rig can be installed on my truck's master cylinder? If not, what master cylinder can I get that will use the reservoir shown in the first picture?

Thanks so much,

the seperate reservoir, I don't think it can be swapped onto the existing master, as it uses a small hose to the front of the master
the existing master may be from an 80 series?? not sure

what is wrong with the current setup?
what brakes do you have on the rig?
a new master will come with a reservoir

The Reservoir from SOR is the stock unit. The pictured Master Cylinder on the truck is a 1" Aisin from some other Toyota Model. It might even be a mix of Master cylinder and used Res from an 80 series or Camry. Not sure. Either way, it's fabricobble.
