Hi everyone. putting everything back together. I fitted a 2inch lift via the leaf-springs. I reconnected the rear brake hose and it looks like this.

The Cab is separated from the chassis, so it has no weight on it, and I guess near its longest travel. But is this too tight for unladen?? I searched around here and I should not need extended brake lines for only this amount of lift?

I replaced my rear drop down brake hose with a longer stainless steel hose. The hose (any hose) is vulnerable to small rock strikes spit out by the front tire when hauling ass down dirt roads.

yes, too tight. even when you load that back up it will be too tight. think of the axle dropping away from the frame when articulating, your brake line becomes the limiting strap. go with what's been suggested at least.
