Appreciate the input
I used Motive as well.. no TS and worked fine.

Fluid flow seemed fine.. IIRC.. around 10-15 psi

EDIT: I also just used the Motive when I replaced right rear caliper last year. No TS there either.
Do you find that your rears "drip" rather than "power bleed" when using the Motive and not TS? TS will pump that junk out the rears like crazy, but it takes many minutes to purge the rears even using 15 psi on the Motive.

Motive is definitely slower at moving fluid than bleeding using the OEM booster/pump. But I find it quicker overall as it's a one-person deal. However I manually bled my brakes a couple years ago and somehow still got a bubble in the rear using the OEM booster/pump. The Motive bleeder was successful in getting it out.

You can always do a redneck brake bleed and cycle the abs on loose gravel. Its what I do in between brake services if my partners 4runner gets a mushy pedal. I can keep the pedal tight and the brakes sensitive that way. So its ready for I25 panic stops.

When I stop at light , with foot on brake , my GX starts moving forward , need to apply more pressure which is way more than any other vehicle I have owned .
Idol , I though was too high , but it's not .
Put it in park and back in drive , while waiting on light to change , that makes it easier to hold the brake , less pressure from me .
I have been meaning to ask this situation , looks like OP is having similar symptoms .
It's uncomfortable holding the brake pedal down .

Normal for a gx on oem pads. Highly recommend EBC or Hawk pads.

I weigh 250 lbs and am 6'5 and had never had a vehicle push through the brakes before, either.

Heavier tires helps : ) GX brakes are notoriously underpowered. Mine felt the same on street tires. Ko2’s fixed it.

Mine didn't go away with 50 lb tires. Took a modest brake upgrade. Also motul 5.1. Has less resistance to flow.

I’m convinced not all GX’s have that issue. Mine never did that on OEM pads or stock sized tires.
I wondered if it was all trucks that got the cheaper brake pads at their first brake service. There are two different oem part numbers.

But I am so happy with my ebc pads brembo rotors and motul 5.1. The ATRAC hits hard. Everyone thinks i have lockers.

What does your brake fluid look like? How long since it was flushed? Try flushing with DOT 3 or 4. It will significantly change your stop light experience.
