Can anyone help me identify this jack? I recieved it for free and want to know if it is any good. It def needs to be cleaned up, but it does operate correctly. This product was made in the USA and is old. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If I'm not mistaken these were 3 ton tractor/farm jacks from the 50s and 60s. Old yes, but stout as **** !

I thought the Jackall jacks were from Canada.
I'll bet that's a very old jack-maybe 1940s or earlier.
Funny, I have a 90s Jackall, made in Korea jack, and it has the same welded configuration at the handle.
If it works, just keep using it. The pins will be hard to source, so once it quits, it's a garage decoration.

I've used that older style jack. make sure it is clean and lubricated so the locking pins are free to slide.
If they slip it can come down hard, usually associated with busted fingers or worse.

I have two of these Jackalls. Bought the first one in 1972 and carried it around on my 72 CJ5 Renegade. Moved it on my 75 CJ, where it sits today. My dad liked it, so I bought a second one in 1976 for dad. Recently dad returned it to me, and it is mounted on my TJ Rubicon. My Jacks are cast "Made In Canada" they have a foil sticker that says "A.H. Bottorff Co. St Joseph MO.".
I have used the first jackall for 40 years, and the other for about 5 years. These are tough jacks, and I have never had a problem with either one. Looks like they are going to outlast me.
Just keep the pins jubed with Silicone, or Graphite
