Wanted Bottle jack, handles and tool bag for 1970 FJ40

Seeing that is getting close to Christmas, I was thinking about trying to locate a few items for my FJ40. I have searched on hear and have seen some really great posts from others that have been able to obtain or piece together kits for the tool box under the drivers seat.

Looking for jack, handles and tool kit. Attempting to stay original to the extent my wallet can handle.

Any help/suggestions would be great.
