does the stock turbo on my LJ78 Prado support a boost guage and boost controller. Do I need a A/M waste gate, and is there a wastegate when it is an auto tranny.

Just picked up the boost gauge
Picked up an autometer vac/boost controller , and am wonedering where and how is the best place and way to install it.
Any Ideas anyone?
Also what is an exceptable operating temperature for the 2L-TE in my 1991 LJ78, I've been getting readings of 190 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit, when fully warmed up.
