Blue fj45lpb spotted in Walton County FL?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So who owns the late model lpb I spotted in Walton county FL today? I would post a pic, but I don't have my camera cable with me. It was a beautiful blue lpb with tag RHK 270. Has a USSA and TLC sticker on the rear window. I could not believe it. Pull up to a stop at 231 headed to the beach and the wife says hey look at that cool truck. I was reading and looked up and about crapped. I have never actually seen an lpb in person and then to see one headed to the beach was even more of a shock. The truck turned left onto 98 at 231, I wanted to chase it, but the wife and kids were not into that after driving 7+ hours. The truck looked beautiful. I would love to go see this cruiser if it is local. Anyone know anything please post.

I think it was close to HJ47's blue shown here.

Here it is.....

Hey.... You should have followed me to the light on 98. Here are some pics of the '77 Canadian truck, and my '76 Aussie pickup. "Bluebird" has 24k original miles, with a light frame-restoration. Runs like new.

Yup, that's the beaut! The interior is incredible and still smells like the showroom!

G - you'll of course pick out the couple improvements after it left your care... new oem front bumper and turn signals, spare where it's supposed to be...

That thing is definitely a 10!

I did notice the improvements. The new side marker lights on the bed, too. The bumper that was on it was all wrong. That cruiser is so sweet, I was scared to fart in it :grinpimp:

So you live in Seaside? I am down often as the folks have a place in Blue Mtn. I would love to stop by some time and check out your rides. I could tell from a distance that 77 was perfect. How did you find it?

Yes, I live on the bay north of Grayton Beach.

I looked for about 15 years for a 45 pickup, and found two last year. So I bought both of them within a month of each other! Can you get two divorces from the same woman in the one year? Almost. I really tested my marriage on these! But I still have 'em, by God!

I bought the '77 from "erics" in Iowa. He is on this thread. Hey Eric!

Send me an email at shelton@advancedtacticalsolutions.com and we'll get together next time you come to the beach. I'm not on MUD on a consistent basis.

Hey guys, My wife and I just purchased a house in S. Walton. We should be living there full time in the next couple of months. Its good to know there will be a fellow cruiser head locally.
Mike:clap:
