Good observation!

This wouldn't be a problem all by yourself in the wilderness. However, how would it work out in a campground, with cramped back-in or pull-through adjacent campsites, that are occupied by trailers all with doors on the passenger side? What about the locations of the water, electric & sewer service?

The last campground we stayed at had those located at the rear driver's area of each lot and the living area on the passenger's side of the lot. So you might end up parking on your living area unless you could come in from the other end of the lot which you often can't. This isn't a hard & fast rule in all campgrounds but this just looks backward for the USA.

Or could the only trailer in a RV park configured like this be some kind of advantage?

Am I missing something?:confused:
