Yup...I'm usually a fairly decent driver, but once in a while my heritage shows through. :D

Wes: If my front bumper can do all that, you will see pics of me digging in there more often. :D

Louis: If you come here for a visit, give me a little bit of notice. Always happy to take a fellow Cruiserhead out fishing. Have you done much salmon fishing on the fly? This Fall should be pretty good.

yikes, glad you are ok allstone. This thread intersects with me in a couple of ways but I should start by complementing you on your fish!

now my first questiojn, is that pram a sabot? We have one that looks similar rigged as a sailboat with a lifting centreboard. It is hanging in the grandparent's garage and I've been meaning to get it rigged up for a while but the sails are lost. it has oarlocks but I never though of using it for fishing. How does it row? It might be fun and for sure it would fit nicely on the yakima rack I got for the 80 :D

also, for your spill i came very close to doing the same thing on the big bar road on saturday heading towards clinton. it was flat wide recently graded and boring after everything before and I was trying to avoid the washboards by running one wheel near the shoulder. I just lost concentration and at 40 mph I drifted right off the road onto the ballast sloping away on two wheels and had to do a very sharp turn correct to save it. After concentrating hard on the challenging stuff it is easy to forget that a normal dirt still road needs your full attention.

anyway, good to see you came out ok!
