seems you had a very nice trip tonka, old cruisers are not that rare here in finland, plenty of 40 and 60 series here, all diesel and most of them with original PTO winch (old tax thing, you got reduced tax with a PTO) and all the hj61 came with original cable lockers, can buy them 1000€/pair, you only get one ARB locker for that price here...

Off course you can use LJ calipers, Those mercedes calipers were free, thats the only reason to use them its quite easy to make the caliper bracket with a plasma cutter.

Nice custom Cruiser, and good to see Suomi showing up around here!

I spent around 3 years living near Helsinki when I was a boy - my Dad worked at Finnair. I don't remember seeing any Cruiser around - most people in the dirt were rally cars like Quattros and Subarus.
