BJ42 Project

Posting this for SImonLiew in the USA - cicak - alias Dave Stewart -= so all questions to him hahaha. ANyway I like the look of this rig since I love the old BJ40 series. Keep gooing SImon and finish it.

I am building this BJ42 for rockrawling,l did a lot this weekend.
1. 3B with homebrew turbo intercooler,
2. 96 FZJ diffs with electric lockers,5.29 gears,
3. H55F with toybox(4.7ratio),
4. hydro assist steering,
5. springover with 60 series rear spring and 70 series front spring,
6. on board air,
7. front bumper hoop is my brake vacuum tank and the rollbar is my airtank.
8. 17"X40" MTRS,

l will send more pics later,has been a project for last 2 years, supposed to go to USA in 2 weeks if l can get it finished.

l am in Winnipeg,Manitoba,Canada.
l got lots done in the last few days,longfield superset and knuckle andhub studs and hubgears showedup yesterday,still waiting for polyperformance rear axles,4x4 labs tirecarrier spindle.l am going to tear the frontend apart today to do the 5.29 and longs.

I didn't go with Simon on the big-boy run. I was on the Lite run, but still had to get pulled out 4-5 times. 32" tires and no lockers....

BTC95,where r u from?i just saw this thread,we r planing to go NorthDakota this summer,July 14th 2012 weekend,n the July 21st weekend is black hills cruiser classic,may be l will go to both,only a few hours away
